1. Fertility

2. Duke offers a full range of infertility services, including evaluation and treatment, that are tailored to fit each individual's needs. In April of 2006, we moved into a new state of the art Fertility Center near the intersection of I-40 and Fayetteville Rd. 
   
   
   

3. Surgery -
   Many surgical procedures are offered to patients who may or may not be currently seeking infertility treatment, including laparoscopy, endometriosis, uterine fibroids, and tubal re-anastomosis.

4. Andrology & Urology Services -
   Testing includes standard semen analyses & functional sperm motility testing.
   Services include semen cryopreservation, testicular biopsies, therapeutic donor insemination.

5. Psychology Services - Individual and couples counseling and consultations are available.
